Episode 6: Prepping for Vacation

This week's episode we are both preparing for vacations! Although, they couldn't be more opposite. Brit is jetting off to a warmer climate in St. Lucia while Jen and her family will be cozied up at a ski resort.


We chat about how we both plan to stay on the wagon with fitness and nutrition during the week. Pilates and walks are a must while trying to remember good food fuels our bodies and of course, a margarita here and there! It's about balance!


And we talk about inspirational quotes and how gratitude and journaling keeps things in perspective.
